Dont trust these crooked people.Raine claimed how good she was.until pen hit paper.Then she wasn't very good at all.She doesn't listen to customers needs.STAY AWAY FROM ROCKET MORTGAGE I GOT A WAY BETTER RATE FROM A SMALL BANKER.AND FEES WHERE 3000 DOLLARS LESS.

After sending in all required documents, paying the good faith deposit, 2 days before my scheduled closing, they said I wasn't approved. I would not waste my time with this company again.

I wish I can give 0 stars! PLEASE SAVE YOUR FAMILY AND GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY!! THEY TOOK AWAY 19K FROM MY WIFE AND I IN THE SPAN OF 4 MONTHS!!!!!! All they said was "Oh this is our mistake, it won't happen again and they can't give back our money!!! They were only suppose to charge 2,330 from me. Not double charging from me and my wife! We are expecting a child in 2 months! Christmas is next month! How are we supposed to survive after taking 19 THOUSAND DOLLARS!! And literally nothing we can do! Please someone help us find out what we can do to take this company down by stealing our money!!!or at least get some back! We are about to struggle this next few months

Terrible experience. Bad information. Appraisal came in $50K less than expected. Rocket's team told us there were significant errors in appraisal and then agreed with appraiser.

I had thee absolute BEST experience with this company. I was completely finished with the loan process before my inspection was even completed. Everything moved so smoothly, and so quickly. It was SO painless!!! I worked with Alexi W and Matthew C. They were FABULOUS. Alexi made me feel very comfortable and like she truly had my best interests at heart. They gave me an exceptional rate and a grant program which covered some of my mortgage. Alexi was so responsive and communicative. Matthew C (loan officer) was as well. They both kept me up to date, responded quickly, and lead me throughout the entire process. Their portal online for the loan was so intuitive and organized. I am SO happy with my experience with rocket mortgage. They didn’t keep asking for me constant additional details and documents. (Which I know can happen with some companies where they constantly ask for additional documents and details). Rocket Mortgage was SO straightforward and absolutely 0 stress. I am so grateful to rocket mortgage.

I first want to say, that being a self-employed individual, makes it extremely hard to get approved for any kind of mortgage or refinance. My husband and I have tried for many years to refinance our home to roll in some debt but never could get past the application process. When we called Rocket Mortgage though this last time, we met Jamil. "Jay" from the start was amazing. Many times he went above and beyond for us and helped us finally secure a refinance that we have been trying to get for years. This company has caused myself and my family so much un-due stress. I have a VA loan with Rocket. This month my monthly payment has gone up over 40% because they improperly calculated my Escrow AND waited over 2 years before doing the re-calculation. On top of that, Rocket failed to pay the appropriate amount to my flood insurance company in 2022, my Flood Insurance company alerted them, sent them emails and snail mail but Rocket simply let the policy lapse. Now they are charging me for the missed year at more than 4X the rate they were supposed to pay in 2022. Now, while my wife is battling stage 4 breast cancer, we also have to deal with our monthly mortgage payment increasing by more than 50%. This company has no integrity, stay FAR, FAR, away.
