Deceptive business practices. I went with another company with a little higher interest rate because even though my interest rate was cut in half I was going to be paying more. Why? Because products that I didn’t want were added to the loan. Do the math and review documents thoroughly before proceeding. Don’t let the broker fast talk you into a bad deal.
Nathan Joy was amazing! Great communication which left me with no worries. Definitely would recommend.
It was an easy process, kudos to Jenna Martinez, who answered my questions, showed great patience, and guided me through this process. Thanks again Jenna!
I thought the process was fairly simple. Customer service was good. Not positive how much money I am saving but interest rate is lower and they added gap insurance which I already thought I had. No complaints.
Everything was fast an efficient, an everyone was friendly
Beware! I was simply trying to see what auto lease buyout rates might be. Began filing an application online and was notified by Experian that an inquiry had been placed on my credit. I had no intention of approving this. NEVER give them your SS number.
The guy that helped me did a wonderful job. He was quick to respond to any questions I asked and was very knowledgeable and gave great customer service until my car was refinanced.
The service was smooth and they keep you updated at each step.
Good
It is a sham. Do not fall for it
Jody was amazing! I'm a very busy single parent and she helped me refinance my car without missing a beat.
