So, my credit is pretty good in the mid 700's only got approved for $500. So now I have a hard ding on my credit report and a card that I can't really use. So fyi.

I applied for this card, and got the message that my application was under review. "Uh Oh"! 20 minutes l!later I get a strange number calling me, and within seconds I was debating on weather I should answer it. "I usually don't"! But I did this time. It was a Chase representative asking me for a little more info. I supplied it and was approved for $7,800. Thank you Jesus hallelujah.

800 Credit Karma score, 700+ FICO across all bureaus. No negative remarks. Got rejected several times and customer support didn't help. Got rejected again after getting a promo code in the mail from them. Maybe others have had an easier time, but for me I could never get the card from them. Had better luck with the Citi Double Cash card.

If you use your card how I do, this is a great card. I use it for my monthly expenses and pay the balance in full at the end of every month. I pay no interest and get free cash back from stuff I'd buy anyways. They also offer changing deals where you can earn 5-20% cash back at your favorites stores from Macy's to Aldi, to McDonald's. I've been on a rebuilding credit journey for the last 3 years and they're the first one to issue me a cash back, no annual fee card since I've been rebuilding so there's sentimental value too. They probably hate me because I pay zero interest and get cash back, but I love them.

If you in a dispute Amex and Citibank immediately begin an investigation and give you temp credit. Chase does none of that they do not document your complaint . The side with the merchant. I would up going to small claims court as chase would not due their job. Tear this card up

The only good thing about this card is the rewards, but besides that nothing else. I got stuck on the same limit for more than five years. The APR 27.74%. You call chase trying to negociate it and they just don't give a f about it.

This is the meanest bank I've ever dealt with. 780+ FICO score with another bank for multiple years but still got declined when applying for their basic credit card. Second time it was approved, but they got the lowest start credit limit for me among 5 banks. The customer service agents are very rude, ridiculous and unfriendly. I was explicitly considered a potential criminal just because I wanted to deposit a $1300 check from other bank.
