I have had this card for roughly 6 months now and it has helped my score improve to over 650. Just pay it on time and put it on autopay. My credit was terrible b4 getting this card.

Mail in paper check payment system? No way to call anyone if there is a problem?! Fees that come from not using the card at all for two months? Madness. Cannot wait to close this card and B U R N I T DO NOT APPLY

I was one day late on my payment and people were knocking on my door. They threatened to sue me and took my dog hostage until I paid the five dollars they claimed I owed. They also stole fruit from my garden. Beware demons.

Was gonna leave a bad review but I see there's already a ton so if u see this jus don't get there cards, had to wait over 70 days to get my refund with no tracking number and they will knock on my door, there's no other way to receive your money back, terrible customer service, payments take like 7 days to hit your account to make sure you PAY EARLY

Even on days I pay on time they have reported me for paying late and for the first time in the 5 years I've had it they just charged me an extra owner's fee. I will say that it does help with your credit. That is why you get this card. Everything else about it sucks to me.

I completed the application. Funded my card w 500 dollars was taken out of my bank immediately. Then my application was declined? Now I’m told that it will be a week before then can reimburse me. That is ridiculous! I can not believe credit karma would recommend this card. I’m sm going to my bank tomorrow and report it as fraud

Jesus where to start. I’m order to get your money back you have a 10 WEEK WAIT TO GET A PAPER CHECK!. Online services don’t typically work. If they do. Your payment doesn’t reflect until 3-5 days later. If you call to make a payment then a minimum of 10 days before it shows up back on your card. Customer service is overseas and you can’t understand half of what they’re saying. $49 fee just for using the card initially that they don’t tell you until after you use the card. They report you as a late payment on your credit when you make your payments on time but it doesn’t post until after the due date because their system is from the stone age and don’t care. This card is a scam!!! RUN!!!

I received the card, used it to get some lunch and drinks at work, then when I tried to use at the gas station at work, it was declined. I called customer service and the person that answered made it clear with his tone that he couldn't be less interested or less enthusiastic about answering the phone and helping. I wish I had gone with another card company.

No customer service, no fraud department. First Progress should be and will be sued. Screw trying to rebuild your credit with thm. Had I known better, I would not have dealt with such an incompetent organization. You've been warned.

First of all, I will get the good thing out of the way it did I think help my credit a little bit because I always made the payments on time but I could never get the card to work and getting a hold of somebody is impossible so I'm basically just paying them $69 a month for the past year and a half to hold onto $300 for me lol. If you don't plan on using the card at all, and you like to be able to reach customer assistance, I would go elsewhere.

Don't waste your time, don't effect your actual credit score and another inquiry to your credit report. Extremely bad customer service, never received a single letter, bill or a phone call since I opened the account.
